Mass building management

In this study, mass building management researched within the scope of legal regulations, supreme court's judicial opinions and problems on implementation. First part of this study contains mass buildings and mass building term, legal features and other elements regarding its establishment. Afterwards, layout and management plans in mass buildings are mentioned and lastly, the situation of participation to common costs and common places in mass buildings explained. In the second part of this study, firstly, property owners in mass buildings and board of representatives associated with quorums regarding these boards and consequences from not following those quorums explained under the title of the board of property as an authority. In the third part, mass building manager/ board of management is addressed as executive branch of mass building. After required qualifications of managers, their roles, incumbencies, rights and responsibilities are explained, temporary management in mass buildings is addressed. At the end, auditing on mass buildings is reviewed.
