Social movements are divided into two categories in the literature: the old social movements and the new social movements. These movements have shaped women's activism due to its scope, subject, actors, goals and ideological differences. When the literature is examined, it is seen that the role of women's activism and its effect on these movements have a great importance in the new social movements in particular. Considering the historical process, the development of women's activism emerges in various ways in different periods and in different countries. In this context, the effect of women's activism on new social movements in different countries has been examined in our study. The role of women's activism in social movements has been analyzed by considering the social movements that had placed in three different countries. These social movements are The Yellow Vests Movement in France, the Movement Against Taliban Administration in Afghanistan and the Mahsa Amini incident in Iran. The impact of women's activism on social movements that emerged in three different countries has been presented in various ways in the conclusion. As a conclusion, it has been explored that the role of women activism has a significant role specifically at the early phase of the movement, spreading to the country of origin and international public opinion, increasing its influence and reaching its goals in the social movements that emerging on different issues.
