Abstract (EN)
The heavy metal pollution in the soil causes environmental problems, and their deficiency can cause serious imbalances in the soil-plant-animal system. Rehabilitation studies of agricultural areas with high heavy metal contents and problems have been extensively investigated recently. In this study, the effects of various bacterial isolates on the heavy metal contents of soils were investigated. In the research; 13 different heavy metal absorbing bacteria, a solution containing a number of heavy metal ions (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Al, Ni, Cd and Pb) and heavy metal containing soil were used. In the research; The absorbance capacities of bacterial isolates in Nutrient Broth (NB) liquid solution were determined. Bacteria with high absorbing capacity (Staphylococcus cohnii, Sphingobium yanoikuyae, Vibrio hollisae, Xanthobacter flavus, Acinetobacter lwoffi) were evaluated for their use in cultivation of soil with high heavy metal content. According to the results of the research, it is found that Staphylococcus cohnii has the highest Pb heavy metal in the soil, Sphingobium yanoikuyae has the highest amount of Al heavy metal in the soil, Vibrio hollisae has the highest amount of Al heavy metal in the soil, Xanthobacter flavus has the highest amount of Al heavy metal in the soil, It was determined that Acinetobacter lwoffi absorbed the most heavy metals in the soil. The use of bacteria in the treatment of contaminated soils with heavy metals will be economical and practical.
