Abstract (EN)

Our country is located in the Alpine orogeny where the world's richest marble reserves are. In addition to the abundance of raw materials, variety and reserve, it has an important place in the world natural stone market with its ease of transportation in the sea transportation, sector experience, dynamic sector structure and new technologies used. Approximately 1/3 of the world natural stone reserve is located in our country's territory, and this reserve amount decreases rapidly with the technology developing in parallel with the increase in world needs day by day. For this reason, in order to bring TR33 Region (Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Manisa, Uşak), where important marble reserves are located, to the economy of the country in the most efficient way, applications were made on different types of marble blocks in a marble factory. With these applications, it is aimed to provide infrastructure for automation transition systems in the marble sector. As a result of our researches for the TR33 region, it is seen that there is a lack of resources in terms of literature. Marble maps and marble potential in Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Manisa and Uşak provinces have been compiled and a resource has been created for future studies for this region. In addition to these studies, researches were supported by conducting a survey study for marble quarries. In the survey study using likert type survey technique; The information obtained with the contributions of workers, operators, administrative employees and engineers working in the quarry production and in the marble sector were evaluated.
