The reliability of the scales was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Significance level was taken as p<0.05. Fort the study, informed consent was obtained from the ethics committee, institution permission and nurses. The mean score of the SYBDÖ-II of the nurses was found to be 121.85±10 and evaluated as intermediate level.
