According to the Trakyada Yesilyurt newspaper, the political situation of Kırklareli between 1934-1944

Local newspapers are mass media which operate in settlements outside the big cities, such as the language, eyes and ears of the people in the settlements and also contribute to the communication of local government and government with the public and to the regulation of social life. Trakyada Yesilyurt is a local newspaper which was launched by Ali Riza Dursunkaya in Kirklareli on 31 August 1925. In this study; the newspaper Trakyada Yeşilyurt Between 2 July 1934 and 29 December 1944, a total of 893 issues of political news were analyzed. During this decade, not only the political developments in Kırklareli and Thrace, but also national and international political news were included. Our study; in the said years, give important clues about the political situation in Kırklareli, Turkey and in the world and helps us to analyze the political life of Kırklareli.
