Abstract (EN)
This study presents a usability analysis of three of Turkey's leading e-commerce platforms: Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and N11. As part of the usability evaluation, users were observed while performing predefined tasks, and both the completion time (measured in seconds) and the number of steps taken for each task were recorded. The study involved 20 participants, each of them completed the same set of tasks on all three websites, allowing for a comparative analysis. The quantitative data obtained during this process served as the basis for assessing the usability of the websites. Additionally, a survey was administered via Google Forms to collect qualitative data regarding user experiences. The survey aimed to assess users' perception of system usability, satisfaction levels, and encountered difficulties. Based on the findings, the strengths and areas for improvement of each e-commerce platform were identified, and suggestions were made to enhance user satisfaction.
