Amasya Turkish turks in the TRT repertoire analysis from various aspects

Abstract (EN)

As a result of this maqam analysis study conducted on Amasya folk songs in the TRT repertoire, it was determined that Amasya folk songs were included in a limited number of academic studies in maqam. As a result of the maqam studies and folk song analyzes made on 52 folk songs, the maqams of classical Turkish music and the maqam traces in the melodic structures of Amasya folk songs were investigated. The musical tradition that has existed in Amasya for centuries has been transferred from generation to generation and has survived until the 21st century. Turkish folk music, Turkish classical music and Turkish Sufi music belonging to Amasya can be found in the archives of TRT, which is a cultural public institution. In this study; Modal analyzes of Amasya folk songs have been made and their literary features have been examined, and the study is limited to this. Folk songs were examined and presented in a table according to their rhythm, source person, voice ranges, modal structures and literary features. As a result of the findings, the folk songs were analyzed and the makams were examined on the folk song notes, and the necessary conclusions were reached in the study.
