Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine burnout and workload perception of employees of the tax and revenue office according to their demografic characteristics. For this reason, the data were gathered by the survey method from the employees of Aksaray main and revenue office. 154 questionnaire were used for the analysis of data. The results of our study showed that workload had an effect upon burnout. While getting different results about correlation between socio-demographic characteristics and burnout, workload perception, the correlation between workload and perception is positive. In this study there are two limitations. Firstly, as the research is done only Aksaray tax and revenue office, the study results does not represent all of tax and revenue employees. Secondly, as the data are gathered by survey method, the respondents may not understand the subject and they may not give satisfactory answers because of various reasons.
