Abstract (EN)
In this study, graphene and MXene (TiAlC2), which are 2-dimensional (2D) materials, were doped on WO3. Graphene, Graphene:MXene and MXene were doped on WO3 undoped thin film produced on ITO/glass and 4 different thin films were obtained and some properties of these thin films were investigated. FT-IR, UV-Vis and Atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurement devices were used to determine the microstructural, surface and optical properties of the produced graphene and MXene doped WO3 thin films. According to the analysis, the crystal sizes and surface roughness of the thin films were observed to be quite small. When optical measurements were examined, it was observed that the doped and undoped WO3 thin films produced were translucent and their band gaps were close to each other. In addition, the electrochromic properties of 2D material graphene and MXene doped WO3 thin films were investigated in detail. Cyclic voltammetry, chronoampemetry, chronocoulometry and nyguist measurements were performed. Electrochromic measurements of these analyzes were carried out using the 3-electrode method. Measurements were obtained at different scan rates of 20, 40, 80 and 160 mV/s and oxidation and reduction peaks were observed. Graphene:MXene doping of WO3 thin film with Graphene:MXene doping makes the thin film more favorable for ion entry and improves its various properties. . In the experiment in which a single graphene doped WO3 thin film was used, its depletion after 400 cycles shows the stability and durability of this material. According to the results and findings obtained, graphene can be used in the manufacturing of long cycle devices.
