Abstract (EN)

To contribute to the etiology and management of RIF (Repeated Implantation failure), which has become an important problem, to increase successful implantation rates and to contribute to the use of micRNAs as biomarkers in the future. At least 2 times fresh or frozen 3rd or 5th day embryo transfer from the 24-46 age group constituted the study group. The control group consisted of 110 women between the ages of 22 and 40 who had healthy spontaneous pregnancies. The control group has been informed and the necessary legal permissions have been obtained to be included in the research. Peripheral blood samples of 5-10 cc each from each of the control group and the patient group were placed in tubes with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and stored at -20 C° for DNA extraction at the appropriate time. 5-10 cc each of the healthy women who make up the control group. There was no allelic and genotypic difference between miRNAs in peripheral blood that we studied in the RIF group and the control group. At the same time age between both groups. There was also no significant difference between BMI (Body mass index) and FSH (Follicle-stimulating hormone) values. Conclusions Unlike several previous studies, in our study, there was no significant allelic and genotypic difference between the peripheral blood miR-146aC>G, miR-149C>T, miR-196a2T>C, and miR-499A>G between the RIF group and the control group in the Turkish female population.
