Abstract (EN)
It is defined as the last process of the meta, product and service cycle, carrying to the experience level of the product or services. The concept of the experince is especially become more important in recent years for the companies and they are aware of its importance. The companies get a chance to create a difference and get an advantage of competition against their rivals. It is aimed to be scaled of the companies that is carryig out in tourism sector with a survey in which stages they are on customer experience of the hotel area. The survey has been concluded with four hundred sixty four participants in the worldwide and it is applied to the upper administration and investments who are working in the tourism and hotel sector. In the tourism sector, consumers are in direct contact with the products and services they purchase. This situation is an important point for the tourism sector. The application of the research on the tourism sector is of great importance for this reason.
