Abstract (EN)
Nowadays human rights issue is one of the significant debates in law. For this reason the states gave way to human rights issue in their domestic laws frequently. In Turkey human rights issue arranged date from 1924 Constitution, also significant improvements committed in 1961 Constitution. But 1982 Constitution which prepared in atmosphere of 1980 events had great restrictions. So eliminating restrictions and coherence to ECHR came to order especially after the European Union process. Thus in this working human rights issue in Turkish Constitutions be evaluated comparatively.Keywords: Human rights, ECHR, 1921 Constitution, 1924 Constitution, 1961 Constitution, 1982 Constitution
