Abstract (EN)

The programs they follow in terms of perception and interests have positive-negative contributions to child development. These contributors have a great role and significance in their characters in cartoons. Most of the cartoons published in Turkey are foreign-based. Children of the age of development encounter the negative effects of foreign culture by meeting these films at a very early age with foreign culture. While our folk culture is abandoned in memory without transferring to newly grown generations, our children grow up with fictitious adaptations. We must reflect our cultural resources to all kinds of art fields and native cartoons produced. Moving our country to the world of cultural richness, transferring it to the next generations, sho-uld be a joint assignment of all relevant citizens. In this way, the main path will be from cartoons, characters in films and similar charm from powerful İnstruments. With the introduction of these film characters to the world, it is possible to introduce our country by providing a place among world characters, which are recognized in all countries of the world and have effects on children and adolescents who are rep-resentatives of future generations. It is imperative that each citizen support this cru-cial issue. In this study, we draw attention to this vital issue and to reveal the neces-sity and requirement of the creation of a unique and national cartoon tradition with more use of our traditions, national heroes, and cartoon scenarios. Many of our cha-racters and heroes that we can use in cartoons cannot be revealed and introduced to the world. According to their eyes, we cannot accept their forgetting, their destruc-tion, and the cruelty of cultural imperialism under the line films away from human values in the world.
