As a consequence, the purpose of the opening of the factory in Beykoz was argued and its improvement process was observerd from its establishment untill closing time. A part from this, in addition to its structural properties in the establishment period, factory?s economic and socio-cultural effects in its activity time are considered.In historical process, depending on the country?s economic policies, the preferences in the industry establishment places are observed in accordance with the factory establishment space. Finally, mentioning the after-closing of the factory, it is recommended the idle, inactive space of the factory to be used as a museum, education complex or recreational facilities in the future related with its historical importance.
