Crime of sexual abuse of children in Turkish criminal law (Example Yozgat)

Children who form the basis and way out of societies' progress, development and reaching the level of contemporary civilizations are unfortunately seen as an object that is used today in the satisfying of sexual needs by a part of society that cannot underestimated. For this reason, it is necessary to fight more effectively with such an unfavourable situation that affects societies deeply. The acts of sexual abuse of children have shown a terrible increase in many parts of the world, especially in our country, and it is as obvious as the day when unforeseeable consequences will arise if precautions are not taken to cut out it. For this reason, sexual abuse of children has been defined as a thesis topic in order to contribute to the work done in order to prevent acts of sexual abuse against children. Basic concepts related to crime, all the elements of how the crime is committed and how to act in the face of crime and the sexual abuse of children, the reflections of acts of sexual abuse against children in our country have been tried to be examined in the light of statistical data within the scope of the study
