Abstract (EN)
In our study, titled "Obscenity Crime in Turkish Penal Code", mainly from the uncertainty of the obscenity concept, we will try to establish how the obscenity can be shown in criminal law and the regulation which is provided under article 226 of the Turkish Penal Code numbered 5237 will be made the subject of study. Within this framework, first of all obscenity and the similar concepts will be tried to be explained. Afterwards, which forms can be occured for children and adults, will be explained.
