Özet (EN)
Personal names is a very interesting subject that attracts the attention of many researchers. Some of the researches that have been made on this subject are in the shape of giving names and dictionaries of names. In the researches that have been made, the linguistic side is mostly obmitted. So the recent researches on this subject are arousing interest. İn this work a great importance is given to the personal names. The research is classified in different aspect. This situation has proved that personal names have been consisting of two words. In the recent years statistics this fact is proved by the twonamed children. As a second research in the work the mostly used suffixes have been found out. When we look at these suffixes we see that three are specific ones. Lastly it is found out that some names are only in origins. At the end of this part the situation of the personal names in the works have been shown. At the end of the researches the importance of this subject has been made visible. So that the researches on this subject can be more useful, we are in the opinian that it could give better results if the researches are made work by work.
