Oktay Sinanoğlu in the face of Turkish language affairs

In this study, we examined problems which in existance currently and make in- roads on our language increasingly, although Oktay Sinanoğlu who is scholar, self-dedicated his language and nation from perspective of Sinanoğlu. We analysed books, journal articles and speech texts written by Oktay Sinanoğlu. In the introduction section, we explain the aim of this study and give detailed information about the work. After mentioning Sinanoğlu's biography, we highlight 8 main language problems which were pointed by Sinanoğlu and we also suggest solutions for these problems. Overall, we aim to bring awareness to problems negatively affecting Turkish language and suggest solutions to come over these problems by considering Sinanoğlu's and valuable philologists ideas.
