Abstract (EN)

In the era of globalization, media products serve as intercultural bridges, with television series functioning as soft power instruments, establishing a significant research domain in academic literature. The proliferation of dubbed Turkish series broadcast on local television channels and digital platforms in the Kingdom of Morocco over the past decade constitutes a remarkable phenomenon within the context of intercultural communication. This dissemination process triggers simultaneous acceptance and resistance mechanisms among Moroccan audiences, generating complex response patterns at the societal perception level This research aims to analyze the underlying dynamics of the aforementioned media flow. The fundamental problem of the study interrogates the sources of cultural resonance that Turkish series create within Moroccan society: Does the foundation of this success lie in the psychological and cultural preparedness of the audience, or in the universal appeal of dramatic narratives? What are the dimensions of the socio-cultural effects of Turkish series' thematic content on Moroccan viewers? Can this media bridge play a catalytic role in the development of Morocco-Turkey diplomatic relations? The research adopts an analytical approach within a theoretical framework shaped around these questions, utilizing intercultural communication theories. Keywords: Turkish series, intercultural communication, soft power, Morocco, media diplomacy, cultural bridge, audience.
