Identity problematic in Turkish foreign policy Kemalism and the other one: Neo-Ottomanism

Facing with internal problems of states even in international arena and constructing their foreign policy understandings on conjunctural and constantly refreshed maneuvers instead of fundemental traditions displays that revising institutional and mental structure of states, which attribute an active role on their own in 21st century, is a necessity. Internal and foreign public opinion with their increased sensitivity on human rights, democracy, functionality of rights and liberties and actors who have great influence on creating public opinion deem that they are responsible for implementing economic, politic, commercial, all kind of sanctions against states which have a hostile or uninterested attitude to core values of globalization like liberal values. Turkey has confronted with bitter pains of development of a vision, which is dynamic and fitting with existing conjucture and design her location and function in a world, which incessanlty evolves particularly after end of Cold War. It's getting hard to take the most rational decision with conjunction of suspended problems from past, which are awaiting solution at once, and indispensible policies of founder ideology to these pains. Reconstruction of Turkish foreign policy has transformed into a necessity after internal dynamics has became pressure factors with gaining direct intervention ability to external enviroment during foreing policy building process. In this piece of written research, it's aimed that identical analysis of Turkish foreign policy from past to present and its possible profile in future. Within this analysis, it's argued that Kemalist ideology, which is still continuing its effects from past and is opened into a debate in our comtemporary world, with its identical form and harmonized identical structure with Neo-Ottomanism, which is assumed that strongly stressing its presence after end of Cold War. Experiencing a debate of Kemalism-Neo Ottomanism is a must for exiting of Turkey in a restored and fortified structure from this identity depression.
