Abstract (EN)
Beginning with the rule of Justice and Development Party (AKP), Turkish foreign policy was restructured under the leadership of Ahmet Davutoglu, first as the chief adviser and then foreign minister. The AK Party governments has been purusing a pro-active, multilateral and multi-dimensional foreign policy. With this new discourse, Turkey began to develop inclusive policies, even without excluding the states that it has problems with and to solve bilateral and multilateral problems through dialogue. In this context, Turkey signed many strategic cooperation treaties with many neighboring and regional states such as Syria, Iraq, Ukraine, Greece, Russia and Eygpt. In addition, Turkey has been playing order establisihing role and has been representing the Middle Eastern, the Balkan and Central Asian countries in many international settings.
