Abstract (EN)
This study examines the security measures spesific to children in Turkish Law and besides to this measures, also adresses the characteristics of juvenile prosecution and delinquency in the light of national legislation and international documents. The security measures spesific to children are different from the other security measures existing under the Turkish Criminal Code and differ from purpose, implementation and execution. Therefore, firstly, the security measures are examined in general and different aspects of security measures under the Turkish Criminal Code and measures under the Child Protection Code are tried to be explained.
