Abstract (EN)
The subject of our thesis is the "Turquois Card in Turkish Law" which was firstly regulated by the provision of article 11 of The International Labor Law numbered 6735 that was included in Turkish law by year 2016. Process of the deciding on the subject of our thesis was shaped by the need of the contribution to the Turquois Card field considering that it is a newly emerging field giving openness for improvement. Turkey's geopolitical position give her a popularity rise as a receiving country in the eyes of migrators for so long. As a result of intense immigration movements, in order to recruit "qualified labor" Turkey grants privileges to the foreigners and their relatives those who are qualified by the International Labor Law and Turquois Card Regulation to make them benefit from the many rights that Turkish citizens already have. The aim of Turquoise Card, which provides broad privileges to foreigners who meet the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation; to ensure that qualified foreign labor force prefers Turkey. Considering Turkey's effectiveness in the international arena; It is thought that the international labor policies followed will become widespread and will take place intensively in the Turkish legal legislation in the future.
