Effectiveness of the social assistance and solidarity foundations in the Turkish public administration: A research in TRB1 zone

Poverty and income injustice is one of the earlist problem of humanity. Injustice income sharing lies in the basis of poverty. Despite rising income diverstiy and inability, nowadays, methods and apllications presented as a solution seems to be far from being effective and parmenent solution for the poverty problem. States have developed of policies for poverty problem and established organizations forms this aim, it is a understood institiuons for fighting poverty even if, they present partial settlement aganist existing poverty, are not able to remove basic causes of povert permanently with their appliant measures and methods. In this thesis, it is studied Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation (SAAF) which undertake an important mission at fighting poverty in Turkey. Particularly after 2000's with widing service scopes, this foundation play a keep part in fighting poverty. A research was apllied, village and district headman, foundation personells, members of trustee board of foundation, administrater of public administration in province who is responsible for this service and families who have taken social benefits SAAF in centre of province in zone of TRB1 about effectiveness of services, levels of achieving duty undertaken for eliminariting poverty of services presented by this foundation.
