Mudarabah agreement in Turkish participation banking

With its global acceptance in the recent years, participation banking has gained importance and the number of institutions serving in this regard has increased. With its increased importance, participation-banking products are offered not only by the participation banks, but other banks have started to offer products in this area for their customers showing sensitivity in this subject. Thus, participation banking products has gained importance. For this reason, mudarebeh agreement, one of the participation banking products, constitutes the subject of our thesis. In our thesis, we tried to determine general principles related to the mudarabah agreements that operates in accordance with participation to profit and loss.
