Abstract (EN)
In this study, the right to personal relation with child was researched in accordence with the articles of Turkish Civil Law. The right to personal relation with child is recognized by parents and third persons. The right to personal relation with child mutual rights. So the child will be able to request to make relation with there people. In terms of parents and third persons, this right is regulated differently. When the study is researched, it will be seen that these conditions are discussed in detail. In adition a court decision will be required for the right holder to benefit from this right.
