Abstract (EN)

It is impossible to exclude events that leave deep traces in the memory of the society from literature. On May 27, 1960 and September 12, 1980, the army seized power twice, forcing the government to resign with the 12 March 1971 Memorandum. There are writers among the witnesses of these difficult times. In this study, the reflections of these interventions in the novels of Emine Işınsu and Sevinç Çokum were evaluated. It is known that Emine Işınsu and Sevinç Çokum are on the "right" in thought. The main purpose of the study is to reveal how the "right" approaches the coups and memorandum in the novel, based on the novels of these two authors. In this study, on the May 27th, 1960 Coup, on the March 12th, 1971 Memorandum and on the September 12th, Coup were examined under the three main headings. Under the title of "27 May 1960 Coup", the developments before and after the 1960 Coup in the novels of the authors Tutsak, Karanlığa Direnen Yıldız and Deli Zamanlar are explained. Under the title of "March 12, 1971 Memorandum", student events, ideological conflicts, and the process of the memorandum are discussed in the novels Zor, Sancı and Canbaz. In the last title of the study, "12 September 1980", the traces of the coup in question were searched in the novels Kaf Dağı'nın Ardında and Arada Kalmış Tebessüm.
