Exchange change and development after 1986 in Turkish sports management and determining the problems and expectances meeting with their executive visits

Turkish sports management and developments in this area is not possible to isolate the world's perspective. Although sometimes incomplete or in part, in any case delay the development and changes in the world to move in this direction and may be affected. In this context, especially after 1986 the Turkish radical and rapid changes and developments took place in sports management. The foremost reason for this is Turkey's social, economic and political world, a more open policy in other countries, international interaction; television, computer, internet communication tools, etc. more easily, quickly and accurately-ples. In this study, the General Directorate of Sport reasons for the need for change according to stages of development between 1986-2011 and today were examined. Obtained and the result can not be expected to change in which the conclusion has been reached or the relevant articles of the Constitution applicable to the State fulfilled the tasks / effect that a failure; SGM examined through the opinions of the chief inspectors, comes at the end points of the missing sports organization are discussed and suggestions have been given with due diligence.
