Social media usage practices of Turkish truck drivers

With the transition from the traditional media to the new media, the social media channels have grown and become tools suitable for daily use that can be reached by people of all ages and people of all ages. In this research on the usage practices of these digital media tools which affect the isolated lives of long-distance truck drivers, the roles of truck drivers in social media are being investigated. It reveals that they are seen in the role of affected followers on social media or they are adopting the role that affects communities and masses.
