Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the principles and procedures related to the administrative detention regulated by No. 6458 Law on Foreigners and International Protection were examined. In the first chapter, legal characteristic of administrative detention and its national and international legal basis were explained. In the second chapter, the practice of administrative detention regulated in Law on Foreigners and International Protection were examined in the scope of the court decisions. In the last chapter, removal centers, where foreigners subject to administrative detention are held, the conditions of detention in the removal centers and the judicial remedies related to the supervision of conditions of detention were examined in the scope of the court decisions.
