Abstract (EN)

While examining the labor force participation of women, it is easily noticed that it is much lower than OECD countries. Main underlying causes are dominant viewpoint based on gender and the misperception that raising children and maintaining order inside the home is women's of top priorities. Indoor manufacturing is not accepted as employment; so this indoor labor made by women is defined as free of charge labor. Although some legislations and projects are being applied in our country with the aim of increasing the labor force participation of women, the desired targets still cannot be reached. Inclusion of women in labor market influences both economic progress and growth. Social and economic freedoms of women who have started generating income also scale up. In this study which aims to transmit the place and importance of women employment between 2000 and 2018 in our country; there are also subgoals consisting of customers' attitudes towards women laborers and determining the impact of women laborers' qualifications on customer satisfaction. From this point of view, this study constitutes great importance in terms of introducing the role of women laborers towards satisfying and increasing customer satisfaction levels. Moreover, this study carries a great deal of importance in regard to procuring better working conditions for women laborers in accordance with their qualifications who are working in second fiddle of organizations.
