Abstract (EN)
Relations with Africa constitutes one of the prime orientations of Turkish foreign policy. Turkish NGO's benefit from historial backround while operateing in Africa. IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation one of the most important NGO's. IHH not only inform people of Turkey about Africa but also influence decision makers regarding politicy towards Africa. In the study, firstly an extensive literature review's made. Altough a number of books and reports studied, There weren't direct sources which are about Turkey Africa Relations specially NGO's. As a result, official internet address's of NGO's and government agencies guideed the study.
