Impact analysis within the framework of additionality attract great attention in recent years among other methods used for evaluation of policy tools to promote R&D and innovation, concepts with strategic importance in economic growth and development. Additionality emphasizes that no change occur in firm behavior without government intervention or support. This study aims to measure additional impacts of R&D supports on firm behavior and technology strategy.
