Received preventions against chemical and biological weapons in turkey and aproach algorithm

In this study, it's been mentioned that the biological and chemical weapons, in other words weapons of mass destruction (WMD) are how dangerous and harmful throughout the world especially in Turkey and with this the legal legislations and precautions also been evaluated. After the evaluations the set backs are identified and the advices are given. Also the chemical and biological weapons are very dangerous so they can cause mass destruction easily on the contrary they are very easy to produce and they cost not much effort money and intellectual knowledge. With this fact they are very popular among terrorist organizations. To prevent usage of these weapons what precautions are needed to take and Turkey's situation in this subject also mentioned.
