Abstract (EN)
Child labour, seen in every period of history, continue to exist today. Although the main reason is poverty, children who have to work due to rapid population growth, unemployment, in ability to Access educational opportunities and cheap labour are negatively affected physically, psychologically and mentally. They löse hope for a secure future due to health problems, lack of education, economic exploitation and abuse. Therefore, regardless of the level of development, child labour is a pending problem all over the world. In order to solve this problem, effective policies to eliminate child labour need to be established and implemented. The aim of this study was to analyze theTurkey's fight against child labour in order to implement the policies of this policy is to demonstrate the effect of solving the problem after 2000. In this context, child labour agenda coming phase of the problem, policy proposals created to solve the problem, the enactment process of adopted policy, the implementation phase of policies are examined and the effects of policies are evaluated and Turkey's child labour policy analysis. As a result of the analysis although the fight against child labour in Turkey started in 1990, it is seen that it has been dealt with intensively after 2000. It is observed that the participation of various non-governmental organizationsa is ensured in the studies conducted under the leadership of the central administration. However it ws concluded that these efforts were insufficient for solving the childe labour problem. In line with the purpose determined in this study, the data were obtained from legal regulations, national and international reports, project and program texts, council reports, newspapers, interview videos made by experts and studies in the literature. Documents canning method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in obtaining the data. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis method.
