Abstract (EN)

In this survey, "What are the decisions taken in the Republic of Turkey in 1960 until the year of right at the beginning passed the Planned Development Period of the Republic 100th anniversary last process in the Turkish National Education System is an important part in the guidance development for the purpose of the size of the service plan?" An answer to the question has been sought. In order to determine the objective dimension of the Guidance Services, a total of eleven development plans prepared starting from 1963 to 2023 have been analyzed. The research is a survey model and shows qualitative research characteristics. The data obtained in the study were collected by the document review technique. Five-year development plans documents were used as a data source in the research and content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the analyzes made on a total of eleven development plans, which were prepared starting from 1963 and covering the year 2023, statements regarding the purpose dimension of Guidance Services in development plans; It is divided into 3 categories as "Education", "Economy and Social Development" and "Social Services". It was observed that expressions related to these three categories were mostly included in the "Education" category (20), the "Economy and Social Development" category (19) and the "Social Services" category (19). This has shown that all 3 categories are almost equally emphasized in development plans. Suggestions were made in line with the results obtained at the end of the research.
