Abstract (EN)
Advances in science and technology all over the world rapitly and inevitably increase the level of change in all areas of life and consciousness every day. Increased awareness can be seen in the field of health as in all areas. Because health services are tailored for every individuals and don't accept any mistakes, quality services are mandatory. The most important indicator of the quality of service in healthcare organizations is patient satisfaction. It is very important that public health organizations should capture the competitive advantage against private health care institutions and adopt continuous quality of service and to provide better quality health care by evaluating the quality of service. In this study, the perception of the quality of service of patients who applied to public and private health institutions were examined. At the end of study it has been found that service quality average scores of patients with services from public health institutions are medium level according to service quality average scores of patients with services from private health institutions Accordingly, it is aimed to examine factors affecting the level of patient quality of patients admitted to public health institutions and develop some proposals.
