Abstract (EN)

This study examines the relationships between economic growth, unemployment and inflation in the Turkish economy between 2000 and 2024. The research aims to explain the fluctuations experienced by the Turkish economy in this period by examining the interactions between macroeconomic indicators. The relationship between economic growth, unemployment and inflation is explained using theoretical frameworks such as Okun's Law and the Phillips Curve. Empirical findings reveal the impact of economic growth on unemployment rates and the impact of inflation on economic growth. The role of economic reforms and fiscal and monetary policies in Turkey on these relations is also evaluated. The results show that the relationship between economic growth, unemployment and inflation is affected by various factors such as economic policies, structural changes and global economic conditions. The study contributes to strategies to ensure sustainable growth and stability of the Turkish economy by providing recommendations for policy makers.
