The seperation of power and immunities in Turkey

The powers of state is divided into three distinc departments; legislative, executive, and judical. In democratic societies, the concept of division of powers and the rule of law, have the issues of vital importance. In the historical process, immunities have taken place in various ways.Although, legislative immunity is in the center of political debate in Turkey, others powers ( executive and judical ) have many immunities too. Community is disturbed by all of the immunities but the purpose of immunities is not to create a privileged class.The main purpose is to protect the public officials from the unfair claims. In this way, public officials will be able to implement their duties in trust.This can only be achieved with the implementation of the principle of the rule of law.Immunities should provide a balance between not create privileged class and confidence in the task of making.Primarily, a new judical reform shold be done as soon as possible in Turkey for strengthen the public `s sense of justic
