Abstract (EN)

The main goal of regulation is to provide customer's equally with quality services in a competitive market. Regulation authority is one of the most important components in the process of creting such a environment. Independent regulation commisions (BDK) which regulate and inspect public life, have the authority to take measurements in the name of governments. In Turkey Stock Exchange Commision (SPK), Saving Deposits Insurance Fund (TMSF) and Banking Regulatory and Supervisory Agency (BDDK) are responsible for regulating financial sector. Present study investigates independent regulation organizations in financial sector.
