Abstract (EN)
Migrants in Turkey are the segment of society most affected by flexible and precarious working conditions under neoliberal capitalism. As a result of neoliberal policies, people who work precariously in flexible forms of employment are defined as precariat. In the context of international labour migration, it is seen that migrants generally work in unregistered jobs and irregular statuses as a source of cheap labour in the countries they go to. Migrant women are more negatively affected by these conditions and experience gender inequalities both in the labour market and in social life. In this research, the examination of female immigrant labor in master's and doctoral theses published in the field of social sciences in Turkey between 2013-2023 is investigated. This includes how it is approached in a conceptual and theoretical framework, focusing specifically on immigrant women working in Turkey and evaluating them in line with various definitions of precarity.
