Analysis of the Turkish manufacturing industury's dependence on imports

The purpose of this thesis, In Turkey, The manufacturing ındustry sector and sub-sectors of the manufacturing ındustry dependence on ımports of factors affecting the validity of emprical research. The manufacturing ındustry sector and sub-sectors of the manufacturing ındustry ımport dependency of the factors affecting the long-term and short-term effects in terms of TUİK reference data prepared in dynamic panel data (panel pooled mean group estimator and the mean group estimator) were analyzed using the method. According to research results; the parametres in long term; Exchange rate, fixed capital investiments,in GDP, a rise of imports dependence, whilea rise in wagesof reduce import dependency was found. Short-Term parametres in the Exchange rate and a rise in GDP of reducing import dependency was found.
