Abstract (EN)
Unemployment problem is one of the current economical problems also in Turkey, as all of countries. Therfore, some effective policies have been carried out. The dispersion of unemployment according to various criterias matters a lot in terms of defining the policies to decrease in unemployment. It is seen that there are social security policies that are in this sense. It can be stated that the recent reforms serve to actualize this aim. From this point, it can be said that social security bounty incentives are vital to reduce unemployment. The aim of this study is intended to show how effective social security practices are with example of Bartın. For this aim, face-to-face survey has been conducted in province of Bartın.The data acquired from the surveys has been interpreted with economic logic. The results have revealed the contribution of Social Security Institution of Bartın to struggling against unemployment.
