The effects of tax and financial liabilities on the employment upon the employment in Turkey : A comparison with European Union

The problems about employment create economic and social effects in all contries in spite of the fact that economic levels in various countries. For that reason countries make a point of the problems of the employment and unemployment. The problem of employment and unemployment is the most important issue for Turkey like the most other countries. Especially increased unemployment rate in Turkey has caused to increase searched formulas about unemployment. According to general view about this issue, there are many problems which increase employment case. But the most important problem is heavy taxation on the employment.In recent periods, it can be said that there is a consensus between employee and employer about lowering of taxation on the employment. Lowering of taxation on the employment for the employee means that to get more wages. This case correspond to decrease labor employment costs for employer. For this reason, it has been observed tendency about being decreased tax burden on employment in almost all countries. Therefore, by terminating barries in front of the domestic and foreign capitals, it has been aimed being enable increasing of employment.The aim of this study is to determine tax burden on employment in the Turkey and trying to find that it has effected employment and unemployment rates towards to which direction. However in this study by comparing tax burden on employment in Turkey with members of EU, it has been reached more clear information about situation of Turkey about this matter.
