Applications of e-State in national education in Turkey: FATİH Project in sample of Aydın

Information technology in the 21st century reveal themselves in all areas. E-Government has been put into use to adapt information and technology and to perform faster and more modern in formal process. E-Government began to develop in all areas of the state. Projects which will accelerate the development are carried out within the Ministry of Education. Fatih Project is the most important one among these projects. In this master thesis, implementation in education in schools in Aydin Fatih Project which is the continuation of e-government and the benefits to the public of this application was examined. 51 from 95 high schools in Aydin province, the installation of smart boards and distribution of tablets to the teachers and students was completed. This survey was conducted with 24 of the 51 schools. Aydin province 's 12 district , 24 schools ; 346 teachers and 1,336 students were conducted in a survey, the opinions of teachers and students about Fatih Project were taken .To take safer results in this survey,teachers and students were interviewed individually by going to all schools. Master's thesis of the field study , which surveys the three main elements of the Fatih Project in the implementation of smart boards , tablet computers , EBA was investigated. In the study it's concluded that the interactive whiteboard is useful ,in regarding tablets studies especially in some programs should be increased. EBA is an electronic information network which is continuously being developed. The adequacy of the course content of EBA was evaluated by answers to questionnaires . Making them more useful for the public was intended by examining these three elements of Fatih Project. For this to work well when determining what work needs to be done, contributions of Fatih Project to educational institutions in Aydin were researched, the missing aspects of the project was aimed to determine.
