Abstract (EN)

Technological development, enlargement of career scope and the complexity of monetary operations resulted in the espansion of this career whit its adaptations to existing legislative regulations and new variabilities. As a result this career, which was carried out by even those without any standards, gave rise to the need for standard education and examinations for determination of personnel within this field. As result of Turkish law enshrinrmrnt 1989 surrouding independent, chartered and public certifird accountancy, our country has seen a progressive and consistent rise in the accounting practice namely becoming a popular career path. For this reason in this study accounting and career application concepts are considered. Subsequently, adaptable examinations for career applicants, participation and success rates, demographic information and alike are examined from different points of view. In the last section, career companion profiles are introduced on the basis of cities. These data are transferred in detail on annual and city bases. After the suggestion of standards the changes in demand belonging to the career is investigated. As conclusions TÜRMOB data are investigated and put into table forms on the bases of career companion, education, age, gender, in addition to years, room numbers, examination participation and success ratios, trainings and content wise and finally cities, distribution of career applicants, dependent or free works, cachet.
