Abstract (EN)

One of the most important objectives of the economic policies of the countries in the modern world is to ensure sustainable development. The concept of sustainability means that today's needs are met without eliminating the right of future generations to meet their own needs. One of the most important activities in this context is regional development. Regional development policies and incentives implemented are important for all regions to be included in the development process. In the case of developing countries elimination of integration is crucial in order to reach their goals in development. In this study, by introducing the basic features and principles of regional development and promote the concept of Turkey's and Azerbaijan's regional development policies and examines incentives implemented, at the same time, the policies which are used in Turkey is analyzed the effects likely to solve the problems of the nanoscale in Azerbaijan.
