Utilization of Turkey's COVID 19 pandemic experience for promotion of health tourism

In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of Turkey's experience gained in the process of combating the Covid-19 epidemic on health tourism and how it can be utilized in the promotion of health tourism. For this purpose, opinions, and suggestions of 15 health tourism stakeholders were asked. The data were obtained using the interview method, which is a qualitative research method. The data obtained were analyzed by the content analysis method using the Maxquda program. As a result of the analysis of the data, 14 categories on 4 main themes were identified as listed: the development of health tourism, promotion of health tourism, the impact of the pandemic on health tourism and specializing in the target market and health tourism.
