Abstract (EN)

With the help of this study, evaluation of the privatization and the privatization of the institutions working on the next processes were examined and tried to reach a conclusion on the correct assessments. The public opinion hasn?t been sufficiently illuminated. In the privatizations that were carried out in Turkey due to the fact that privatization efforts have been the goal instead of being the vehicle in which it was observed that different cause-effect relationships may occur. It was attempted to make a small contribution for the occurrence of more balanced and cold-blooded perspective by including the arguments that were against and in favor of the process related to the privatization.Although privatization has economic social and political objektives, the main objektive of privatixation should be increase performance busing limited resources. From the perspective of statistical analysis and scientific research, prvate sector can serve more efficiently than public sector. For accurate and effective privatization, the government should be kept away from the position of producer by being brought to the position of manager, in this way effective economic policy will be reached.In a public institution, a survey was carried out with three hundred participants about at IDO ?privatization in Turkey and the fears of employees in privatized institution.? In result of the survey?s answers, it was observed that employees of a privatization policies of concern based on significant differences as it is effective, in this study has been reached. In this study face to face interview and public survey have been used for data collecting and evaluated with service to ?SPSS 16 for windows? statistic program?s analysis.
